Tänkte bara höra hur mycket det finns skrivet om sista striden...

In that light the Gods will again grow young, and the Elves awake and all their dead arise, and the purpose of Ilúvatar be fulfilled concerning them. Vad jag vet så slopade Tolkien Sista striden i senare utkast, detta från HOME XII:

Efter detta fanns det ju egentligen ingen poäng med någon slustrid, men det är ändå intressant. Någon som sitter inne på någon info om detta?

men hans ande finns väl i tomrummet och om han kommer tillbaka så kan väl ta en ny skepnad

Om dom låter honom komma tillbaka.

Kanske inte?
Men om den här profitsian är sann (i Arda alttså) så borde inte Sauron och alla Balrogar och alla andra som sitter fast i tomrummet också komma ut då och strida med Melkor/Morgoth?
